Dr. Davit Kankanyan, DDS

Dr. Davit Kankanyan has been caring for smiles since earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2009 in Armenia, where he practiced for several years before making the United States his home. Wanting to provide the very best for his patients, he continued his education at Loma Linda University, expanding his expertise and embracing the latest advances in dentistry.

Dr. Kankanyan has a special passion for surgical procedures and dental implants, helping patients restore their smiles and confidence with precision and care. He believes every patient’s story matters and takes the time to truly listen—making sure each person feels comfortable, understood, and empowered in their dental journey. His gentle touch and reassuring approach help even the most nervous patients feel at ease.

A proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), and American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), Dr. Kankanyan is committed to ongoing learning so his patients benefit from the most advanced, comfortable, and effective treatments. Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian, he values building lasting relationships with patients from all walks of life.

Outside the office, Dr. Kankanyan loves spending time with his wife and their two children. Whether it’s off-roading, camping, or simply enjoying the outdoors, he finds joy in making memories with family and friends.
