Meet Randa Seif

Randa’s professional journey began with a degree in Industrial Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal. After graduating, she managed production and quality control for an IT manufacturing company, gaining valuable insights into server technologies and online streaming operations.

In 2011, she transitioned to the dental industry, where she gained extensive experience in operations management and organizational growth. After a maternity leave and a relocation to Santa Barbara, California, in June 2020, she joined CaliDental in October 2019 and has been committed to its growth ever since.

As COO, Randa focuses on ensuring CaliDental operates efficiently and profitably while fostering a positive and supportive workplace. She partners with providers to ensure high-quality care for patients, striving to create an environment where patients feel confident in their care and team members thrive.

Outside of work, Randa enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, reading, and playing various sports. These hobbies fuel her energy and passion, both in her personal life and professional career.
