With 14 years of experience in the dental industry, Vito brings a proven track record of building high-performing clinical teams and supporting organizational growth. Throughout his career, he has successfully placed more than 500 dentists and is well known for his strategic sourcing expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and dedication to providing an exceptional candidate experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Roosevelt University.

Vito is recognized for his collaborative mindset and data-driven approach. He works closely with leadership to refine processes, support expansion efforts, and ensure our recruitment strategies align with long-term organizational goals.

Outside of work, Vito enjoys exploring new places, discovering great food, playing golf, and watching football or soccer. He values good company, good meals, and any chance to unwind and recharge.
